Cheques must be post marked for early registration and conference deadlines or they will not be considered registered.		  
 Cancellation fee after March 15th, 2013 may apply to recover administration and contractual agreement costs for hotel.

BONUS 2-FOR-1 EXPLANATION

Our generous donor is offering the 2 for 1 conference fees (registration & accommodation) up to a maximum of $1,000 per Affiliated Centre registered by March 15th.

Administratively, and for logistical purposes CAPSS will process the 2 for 1 offer as follows:

  1. For every Director registered, the second guest (staff, board member, or a volunteer - not a spouse) is free to a CAPSS Affiliate.
  2. Accommodation for the free guest:  If the room is shared, only half the room cost will be reimbursed.  Hotel receipts identifying the free guest must be submitted to CAPSS for a reimbursement.  Fax or scan receipts to 403-343-2847 or admin@capss.com.

   Stipulation: Registered delegates MUST reserve their accomodation at the Conference Hotel (Harbour Towers) for the duration of the conference.  See hotel reservation guidelines.

Call 1-800-663-5896 (Central Reservations), and quote group name 'CAPSS Conference'  **RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY MARCH 30TH, 2013 IN ORDER TO RECEIVE DISCOUNTED RATE**
