Lola French is one of CAPSS founding members and has been involved in Pregnancy Care Ministry work since 1988. She served as an Executive Director in Red Deer for 14 years and has trained boards and staff as a Consultant for Care Net and CAPSS across North America for 13 years.
Lola has contributed many years towards the development of Canadian centres, materials and support. She has served in leadership as ED for CAPSS since March of 2006. She is a registered nurse who has a Masters in Christian Leadership. Lola and her husband reside in Red Deer, Alberta where CAPSS head office is located. Her heart is to see every major community across Canada have a healthy Pregnancy Centre reaching out with excellence in serving women in need.

Irene Greer

Irene Greer joined the CAPSS team in August 2012. She has considerable experience in training and coaching, has strong administrative skills and has a passion to encourage and develop others. CAPSS is thankful for God’s faithfulness during our time of transition.
Irene and her husband Terry reside in Red Deer. They have been married for 25 years and have three grown children and one grand daughter. Irene is serving Centres from the Red Deer office Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm MST. CAPSS Office Administrator/Event Planner
Diane Mullen

Diane Mullen joined the CAPSS team in March 2013. She is a long-time resident of Red Deer and brings to the team a strong background in operations management from her years in the hospitality and tourism industry. Her experience in event planning has been built through leadership events, women and youth conferences, fundraisers, corporate events, and weddings.
Diane hopes that her strong administrative skills and passion for making a difference in the lives of others will be an asset both to CAPSS and our affiliates. She has three grown children, and six grandchildren that keep her heart full!
CAPSS Communications Liaison
Lani Ledingham

Lani joined CAPSS as a part time employee in March 2013. She has served in youth and community ministry at her church; served as a Chaplain for the summer Air Cadet program; and for the past seven years has worked in Communications at Red Deer College, most recently in the Development office.
Her experience working in education systems for the past ten years and as a freelance writer/photographer has enabled her to meet wonderful people throughout central Alberta. Lani's passion for travel and culture has often been a creative influence, always with the desire to inspire people through her writing; and let’s be honest, to find the best lattes in the world! She is the voice behind our new blog and welcomes any ideas or suggestions.
CAPSS Bookkeeper
Valerie Schellenberg
Valerie joined the CAPSS team in March 2013. Owning her own bookkeeping business for over a decade has given her much experience with financial administration. God gifts us each uniquely, & to some He even gives a passion for numbers and government forms! She is excited to be able to support this ministry with her skills and gifts.
Valerie and her husband have lived in the Red Deer area for thirteen years and have three teenagers that keep their lives very interesting.
